Announcement of the IVV – Europe - Congress of Delegates for 2025

According to §9 paragraph 4 of the Statute of the IVV – Europe the Congress of Delegates takes place every 2 years. At the Congress of Delegates in Luxembourg on 6th October, 2023 the awarding for the Conference in 2025 will occur.

Applications for the Congress of Delegates must be submitted by 2. September 2023 at the latest in writing to the office EVV (address see

above).

Please meet the following requirements and information:

• Required: Conference rooms – accommodation for approx. 30 – 40 participants if all member countries take part.
• The possibility to offer a IVV-walk before or after the conference would be appreciated.
• Country / place of the conference
• Period of the conference

The member countries should introduce their application during the Congress of Delegates in Luxembourg.
